Security DepositsCost of damage will be levied against the deposit posted with the county. Security deposits will be forfeited when notice of cancelation is less than 24 hours.
Private Parties:A license is Not required if the event is not open to the public or advertised. Guests are invited to attend and pay no admission fees. Often a wedding, reception or birthday.
A license is required if you are selling the alcohol at the event.
Events: Any fundraiser, meeting, class, workshop, etc. that is open to the public, advertised and/or there is an admission fee requires and license.
Required licensing: City of Moab Special Event Business License, City of Moab Alcohol License, State of UT Single Event Alcohol Permit or Temporary Special Event Business Licenses.
