Land Use Development Application 

 

Project Title:              Amended Development Agreement - Alternative Dwelling Overlay - Extension Request

 

Project Description:    In accordance with LUC section 4.9.6. G - Lapse of Approval:  

 

The ADO District approval shall automatically expire and be void unless a site plan is approved for the development within six months of ADO District approval, and if certificate of occupancy is not issued within two years of ADO District approval. An extension of up to six months may be granted, upon written request from the applicant and approval of the County Commission of an amended Development Agreement.  

 

The Alternative Dwelling Overlay applicant listed below has submitted a written request for a six month extension as required.

 

Project Address:         3207 S Hwy 191, Moab, Utah

Parcel ID#                   02-0021-0048

 

Project Brief:               Twenty-one (21) dwelling sites proposed including full sewer, water and electric hook-ups for each site                                 

 

Property Owners:        Kampgrounds of America Inc.

Applicant:                    Dustin Fry, SET Engineering, LLC
