NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there is an Administrative Decision Appeal Hearing scheduled for April 16, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. for the Conditional Use Permit Application for Escape Adventures, LLC, (Parcel No. 02-005A-0002) for the purposes of expanding the Escape Adventures outfitter and guide business operations to the subject parcel. On March 5, 2024 the Grand County Commission failed to approve a Conditional Use Permit. Representatives of the property owners have filed an appeal of the decision under the County’s Administrative Decision Appeal ordinance.
The hearing will be conducted in-person with a site visit at 9:00 am at 4330 Easy Street, Moab, Utah, followed by further proceedings in the Grand County Commission Chambers at 125 E Center Street, Moab, Utah at approximately 10:00 am.
