NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

   The Grand County Commission will hold a public hearing to solicit comment regarding a proposed resolution to renew Grand County’s Enterprise Zone Area (EZA) designation. The EZA designation allows certain types of businesses locating to, or expanding in the zone to claim state income tax credits. The public hearing will be held virtually at a Special Meeting on Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at 3 pm or later. All interested parties should plan to attend electronically and instructions for participation will be provided on the meeting agenda. The proposed resolution may be viewed at least 24 hours prior to the meeting at www.grandcountyutah.net as part of the Commission packet.
