NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grand County Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 22, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. via Zoom which will be streamed on YouTube on the “Grand County Utah Government” channel. Written public comment will be accepted anytime in advance of the meeting. The zoom participation information for public comment during the meeting is provided at the bottom of this notice. For questions regarding the meeting format or materials, please call 435-259-1368. The purpose of this hearing is to solicit input on the following:
- Amendments to Land Use Code Sections 3.1 (Use Table), 3.2.3 (Commercial Use Standards), 3.4.9 (Commercial Use Categories), and 10.2 (Definitions) and Article 4 (Special Purpose and Overlay Districts) regarding the regulation of ATV businesses (sales, leasing/rentals, outfitting, and guide services) in Grand County.
