NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

GRAND COUNTY, UTAH 

4^TH OF JULY FIREWORKS DISPLAY

            Grand County will accept proposals to provide July 4^th fireworks display with full services from the first date of publication of this Notice until May 3, 2021 at 4:00 P.M. (MDT). The full description of the procurement item(s) sought, full scope of work, description of the subjective and objective criteria that will be used to evaluate the proposal and how they are weighted, the formula that will be used to determine the score awarded for each proposal, and the standard contractual terms and conditions required (collectively, the “RFP Documents”) are available here.  All submittals must be delivered to the Grand County Clerk’s Office by U.S. mail or hand-delivery at 125 East Center Street, Moab, Utah 84532 and should be marked “Fireworks RFP” in a sealed envelope.  No faxes or email bids will be accepted. 

Grand County reserves the right to reject any and all submittals; or waive any informality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of Grand County to the extent permitted under the RFP Documents.  For further information, please contact the Commission Office Assistant at 435-259-1342.
