NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there is an Administrative Decision Appeal Hearing scheduled for May 6, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. This is a public hearing which will be conducted online via electronic means. Public comment will be accepted via email to planning@grandcountyutah.net using the subject line "Murphy Flats HDHO Appeal" until May 5 at 5:00 p.m. Comments may also be made via phone at 435-259-1343 on or before that date. Members of the public who would like to observe the electronic hearing may reserve the right to do so by calling 435-259-1343 prior to the hearing time. The appeal is in regard to the following:
- Murphy Flats High Density Housing Overlay, specific to the Rules and Regulations. On March 2, 2021 the Grand County Commission approved the Revised High Density Housing Overlay Zone Rules and Regulations. Representatives of the property owners have filed an appeal from that decision under the County's Administrative Decision Appeal ordinance.
