Project Title:              Amending the Grand County Land Use Code, Article 2, 3, 5 and 6 to create a MFR-45 zoning district and accompanying low income housing density bonus incentive.

Project Description:   The Planning Commission will consider and make a recommendation on an ordinance to amend the Land Use Code in order to establish a new multifamily residential zoning district.The MFR-45 density bonus incentive for low income housing will establish the requirements and process for rezoning property to this higher density residential use, which will allow for multifamily development up to 45 units per acre, with a parking reduction and building height increase, in return for 100% restricted very low to low income households.
