Project Title:              Amending the Grand County Land Use Code, Article 4 to establish a density bonus incentive for deed restricted local housing.

Project Description:     The Planning Commission will consider and make a recommendation on an ordinance to amend the Land Use Code to establish a density bonus incentive for deed restricted local housing, through the Planned Unit Development Overlay District, as provided for in Section 4.4 of the Land Use Code. The current PUD overlay offers an incentive for affordable housing (income restricted), but has not been opted into by developers. This new incentive would help to increase available housing for local residents and workforce.
