Project Title: An ordinance to amend the Land Use Code to modify the requirement of the Project Boundary Buffer for new subdivisions.

Project Description: The County Commission will consider an ordinance to amend Article 5 of the Land Use Code to modify the requirement for a “Project Boundary Buffer” for new subdivisions in order to distinguish between small subdivisions, which may provide infill opportunities, and larger subdivisions, which may warrant a buffer.
