Project Title:              An ordinance to amend Land Use Code Section 4.7 High Density Housing Overlay (HDHO) zone as well as the HDHO Rules and Regulations in order to improve the functionality of the HDHO program.

Project Description:    The Planning Commission will consider and make a recommendation on an ordinance to amend section 4.7 of the Land Use Code and the HDHO Rules and Regulations to increase the pool of eligible households and improve the administrative processes to help better implement the program.
