Project Title:              Mesa View Properties, LLC:  Rezone: Large Lot Residential (LLR) to Small Lot Residential (SLR)

Project Address:         Grand County parcel No. 02-0021-0001

Project Description:     The application is for a General Rezone request of a 2.88 acre parcel of land located at 2560 Spanish Valley Drive from Large Lot Residential (LLR) to Small Lot Residential (SLR). The applicant proposes future subdivision creating lots smaller than the permitted minimum lot size for the existing zone district.

                                     The applicant has processed the rezone application in accordance with State and County regulation.
