Land Use Development Application 

 

Project Title:         Amending the Arroyo Crossing Planned Unit Development (PUD) Master Plan for the purpose of revising the development stipulations to better suit the site characteristics and allow for better siting of proposed structures

 

Project Address:             Arroyo Crossing Development– Spanish Valley Drive  

Project Applicant:           Moab Area Community Land Trust     

Project Representative: Kaitlin Myers                     

Project Description:    Arroyo Crossing Planned Unit Development was approved by Ord. 600 on  October 15, 2019 with accompanying Master Plan and Development Agreement. The recordation of the approved PUD Master Plan and associated Development Agreement memorialized a variety of permitted development types within the PUD including apartments, cottages, townhomes, duplexes, and single-family units

 

The proposed amended Master Plan aims at revising the development stipulations in order to better accommodate site conditions and housing placement.
