The Lieutenant Governor's Office of the State of Utah has a secure online site at voter.utah.gov, where you can register to vote and change your address or political affiliation. Registering in this manner requires that you have a current Utah Driver's License.
Deadline: Online registration deadline is 11 days prior to the election.
You can print and fill out the Utah Voter Registration form and deliver it to the address below. We also have forms available at the Clerk/Auditor's Office window if you are not able to print it ahead of time.

Active military (and dependents) serving outside of Utah, as well as American citizens living outside the U.S. who maintain a legal residency in Grand County are eligible to vote in Grand County. Military and overseas voters have the option to receive a ballot by mail or email. CLICK HERE for more information about your options.
If you missed the voter registration deadline (11 days ahead of Election Day), you can still register and vote using a provisional ballot in person at the Grand County Clerk/Auditor's Office.
Voters can register at the Grand County Clerk/Auditor's Office between 9am-4pm leading up to Election Day, or between 7am - 8pm on Election Day.
Please bring proof of identity and residency with you. You must be able to prove that you established residency in Grand County at least 30 days ahead of Election Day to vote provisionally.
