The Safety Rewards Program is a self-reporting program. We trust all employees will take the time to watch the video before submitting the completion form (linked below). Videos are selected from multiple sources. Sometimes you may need to login to the Streamery website and other times, the video may be linked below. Either way, there will be instructions below. There is no test, quiz, or email you need to send.
